Documents Required to Apply Online

All new and old candidates must register and apply before last date to apply. Before applying candidate must have following document/particulars handy. ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਚਾਹੁਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ । ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਕੋਲ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਹੋਣ:

• An E-Mail ID (MANDATORY & UNIQUE) belonging to the candidate or someone in the family. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦੀ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਆਈ.ਡੀ.। You can do only one registration with just one email. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਈਮੇਲ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ ।

• A valid mobile number. Please keep it active, at least until the admission process is complete, as registration details such as User ID, OTP, Password Recovery etc. will be sent through SMS on registered mobile No. Mobile No. must belong to the candidate himself/herself or someone in the family. DO NOT fill in cafe/friend or someone else’s Mobile number. ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦਾ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚਾਲੂ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਪਏਗਾ । ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਸੂਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ.ਡੀ., OTP, ਪਾਸਵਰਡ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਤੇ ਭੇਜੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ।

• Recent passport size photograph scanned in 140 x 180 (width x height) pixel resolution and less than 100 KB in size. ਨਵੀਨਤਮ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਦੀ ਸਕੈਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਫੋਟੋ, 140 x 180 (ਲੰਬਾਈ x ਚੌੜਾਈ) ਪਿਕਸਲ ਅਤੇ 100 KB ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੀ ।

• English Signatures scanned in 180 x 70 (width x height) pixel resolution and less than 50 KB in size. ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਕੈਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ, 180 x 70 (ਲੰਬਾਈ x ਚੌੜਾਈ) ਪਿਕਸਲ ਅਤੇ 50 KB ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟੇ ।

• Detailed Marks Card of previous passed examination. ਪਿਛਲੇ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੰਬਰ ਕਾਰਡ ।

• University Registration Number of candidates who are already registered with the Panjab University, Chandigarh. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਹੋ ਚੁਕੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ ।

• SC/ST candidates who want to apply for scholarship must have Aadhar Card and Aadhar linked Bank Account in their name in any nationalised bank with core banking facility. Please keep handy Bank Account number, Branch Name and Branch IFSC Code. ਐੱਸ.ਸੀ/ਐੱਸ.ਟੀ. ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਜੋ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਲਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਾ ਜੋ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੋਰ ਬੈਂਕਿੰਗ ਵਾਲੀ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲਾਈਜ਼ਡ ਬੈਂਕ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਵੇ । ਇਸ ਖਾਤੇ ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ, IFS Code ਭਰਨਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ ।

Steps to Apply Online

Visit college website www.gcmuktsar.com. Read all instructions carefully and check your eligibility before applying online. ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ www.gcmuktsar.com ਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰੋ ।

STEP: 1

• Click on New Registration. ਨਵੀਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰੋ ।
• A New Registration form will open. Fill all the details asked on the registration form and click on NEXT. ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਗਾ, ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ 'ਤੇ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਗਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ।

STEP: 2

• On the next page you have to fill the details of your previous qualification.After filling all the previous information, you have to click on the save button and then click on the next button. ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਨੇ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਭਰਨੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ । ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੇਵ ਬਟਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਅਗਲੇ ਬਟਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

STEP: 3

• Now you will be asked to upload your scanned passport size photo and your scanned signature in english. After uploading photo and singature click on submit button.ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਫੋਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ | ਫੋਟੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੰਨੇਚਰ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਬਮਿਟ ਬਟਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ ।

STEP: 4

• You have successfully submitted your application, screen will appear. You will see a print button and you can take a printout of your application from here. ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਬਟਨ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟਆਊਟ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।

STEP: 5

• Now check your email address, you will get an application form number. ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣਾ ਈਮੇਲ ਪਤਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰੋ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੰਬਰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

Now on the printout form you have to check all the details carefully and if you think some information is wrongly filled. You have to click on edit/modify registration form. ਹੁਣ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟਆਊਟ ਫਾਰਮ 'ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਗਲਤ ਭਰੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ ਸੋਧ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

STEP: 1

• A new page will open and you have to fill your application number, email address and date of birth. You can only edit your form if the given details are correct. ਨਵਾਂ ਪੰਨਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਿਨੈ-ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰਬਰ, ਈਮੇਲ ਪਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ ਭਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਸਹੀ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।

STEP: 2

• Now your form is in edit mode, fill it, save it and take a printout. ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਫਾਰਮ edit ਮੋਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਇਸਨੂੰ ਭਰੋ, ਇਸਨੂੰ save ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟਆਊਟ ਲਓ।
